This project transformed an existing single-story ranch-style residence into a substantially expanded two-story home. The design reworked the original low horizontal profile with a balanced contemporary composition, additional upper-level living area, and a unified roofline that integrates the new construction with the existing footprint.

The exterior renovation features smooth stucco walls, dark-framed windows, broad roof overhangs, and restrained detailing to create a clean, modern character. A new covered entry pavilion establishes a clear focal point, while the attached garage, enlarged driveway, and updated site circulation improve daily function and arrival.

The completed design increases the home’s presence and usable area while maintaining a scale appropriate to the established Buckhead neighborhood. New landscaping and a simplified front lawn complete the transformation and strengthen the relationship between the residence and the street.
