COMMERCIAL HOSPITALITY RENOVATION

This project involved the exterior and interior renovation of an existing restaurant and lounge. The improvements included a new covered rooftop patio designed to expand the entertainment and dining experience, with an additional bar, flexible seating areas, and protected outdoor gathering space.

The exterior renovation introduced a contemporary architectural character through dark structural framing, large openings, updated finishes, improved storefront visibility, and a stronger street presence. Interior improvements were coordinated to enhance circulation, functionality, customer service, and the overall guest experience.

The completed project creates a modern indoor-outdoor hospitality destination while maximizing the use of the existing building.
